FAQs

We charge 20% of gross revenue and 25 EUR per clean and is invoiced to you once per month alongside your monthly analytics report.

From initial consultation at your apartment until listing readiness can be as little as 2 business days, however generally this takes 3 to 5 business days and is negotiable subject to your needs.

You will be paid directly from the associated websites and we will simply invoice you once per month. Don't forget to pay taxes in your jurisdiction.

Your apartment should have furnishings such as a bed, mattress, kitchen equipment and crockery. We provide premium hotel-style bed sheets, towels and shower mats alongside some unique Wrenest furnishings. We will discuss this with you during the consultation.
